Meaningful Work. Genuine Connection. Room to Grow.
Build a career that cares for the whole person—including you.
You chose mental health care because people matter. Your ideas, your growth, and the work you do should matter, too.
At Avighna Holistic Care, we’re looking for compassionate, creative, and collaborative people who want to make a meaningful difference. People who ask thoughtful questions, welcome different perspectives, and believe that great care starts with seeing the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
Whether you support clients directly or help make their care possible behind the scenes, bring your expertise, your curiosity, and your authentic self. Let’s build something meaningful together.
Why Choose Avighna?
A purpose you can connect with - Our mission centers on making mental health care more accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the people we serve. Join us in helping individuals and communities feel heard, build resilience, and move toward lasting well-being.
A whole-person approach - People are more than their symptoms—and meaningful care should reflect that. Our approach considers the connections between mind, body, lived experience, and individual needs. We welcome professionals who value thoughtful, personalized care over one-size-fits-all solutions.
Different perspectives. Shared purpose. - Good ideas don’t come from just one person or one discipline. Our multidisciplinary approach brings different perspectives to the work of supporting mental wellness. We’re looking for teammates who value collaboration, share insights generously, and stay open to learning from others.
Your authentic self belongs here - Your background, culture, experiences, and perspective shape what you bring to a team. We welcome that individuality. Compassion and inclusivity are central to our approach, and we seek people who extend those values to clients and colleagues alike.
A chance to help shape what comes next - We’re interested in more than what you’ve already accomplished. We want to hear what you’re curious about, what you hope to contribute, and how you would like to grow. Bring your questions and ideas—and help us continue improving the way care is experienced.
The People Behind the Care Matter, Too
Mental health work is deeply meaningful. It can also be demanding.
We believe a people-first approach should include the people providing and supporting care. That means recognizing the importance of respectful communication, thoughtful collaboration, and honest conversations about what helps people do their best work.
Our vision for the employee experience is simple: a place where contributions matter, questions are welcome, and colleagues treat one another with the same humanity they bring to their work.
Purpose matters. So does the experience of showing up to work each day.

Don’t Meet Every Qualification?
You don’t need a perfect match to start a conversation.
Careers don’t always follow a straight line. Your experience may come from a different setting, a nontraditional path, or skills that don’t fit neatly into a job description.
If a role excites you and you meet its required licensure, credentials, and other essential qualifications, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t check every preferred qualification.
Tell us what you bring, what you’re learning, and why this work matters to you. We’re interested in the person behind the résumé.
